Why our lighting plans set us apart:
We think in meters, lumens, & kelvins
We use Incident Light Meters to determine the amount of foot-candles that fall on each subject, such as walls, cactus, pathways, pools, or entire buildings.
Lumens are the light that is derived from the light source, but they have no effect on the amount of light reflecting on the subject. We understand the difference, and this allows us to create the most desirable outcome.
For security lighting, a higher Kelvin temperature is used to create a harmony of both safety and appeal.

When we make project specifications, we factor in every detail. For example, this includes proper beam spread, which can vary from 8 to 360 degrees, or a color temperature to create the most alluring mood for a residence.
Satellite images and the use of property photos can be utilized to design or enhance plans. We then ship the plan with all the lights, shades, fixtures, transformer, and easy installation directions directly to you. Our plans take into account municipality and/or residential HOA ordinances to be sure that your lighting project is approved and admired.
